      The quality of the canteen food was good. Colleagues were friendly

      Lack of support and consideration from management. Additional responsibilities were assigned during a critical exam period without acknowledgment of the impact. When the topic of a salary review was raised, I was advised to look elsewhere with no further details on any progressive opportunities either. Ultimately, my contribution and dedication to my role were not valued. There appears to be a notable prioritisation within some departments for individuals who are friends or family, with limited opportunities for colleagues outside of these connections.

      Pros

      EG On The Move is a truly collaborative and exciting company to work for. The team environment is supportive, with everyone playing an important role. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and colleagues are always willing to help each other succeed. The company has a forward-thinking approach and is open to innovation. I feel proud to work here and genuinely enjoy being part of its journey. All departments work closely together to achieve shared project goals, creating a strong sense of teamwork. I have found that all my colleagues, both in the Legal team and in the wider business, are always willing to help each other succeed. A typical day involves working on development land acquisitions, leases, and a variety of other property matters. Overall, my experience at EG On The Move has been highly positive, offering a collaborative environment, varied and engaging work, and a strong sense of pride in contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
