Micro management is out of control, the supervisors and upper management are belittling and passive aggressive they love writing people up
Turnover is very high because poor management and poor training
The kids deserve better. Staff is overloaded with other tasks like van maintenance and landscaping the homes that takes away from their engagement. Mental gymnastics to try fit everything in to one shift
