Pros
Salaries are on time. Other than that, it is probably the worst company to work for. The thought process of the management is the absolute lowest level of Egyptian trash. It takes being an Egyptian to a whole new low.
Cons
-Zero growth for the employee. Though, deductions can be expected for even a single riyal of loss. Even this is subjective based on your nationality. -Excessive work load without any benefit to the employee. If the employee does not accept, they are mistreated and threatened. -Manipulative management (which can be expected since its an Egyptian company). -No investment in the employees for any form of training. -Operates in the gray areas of the labour law providing the bare minimums. -Excessive HR policies which are not in the favour of employee by even 1%. -Annual leaves are a pain to get a unnecessarily stressful. -No annual flight tickets or medical insurance.
