Pros
A few years ago they were handing out fair salaries, but they've been losing so much money on the US construction site that they've been desperately trying to hire the cheapest possible labor force.
Cons
Absolutely don't work here--this is likely the worst employer anywhere near the area. You can tell from the recent 5 star reviews on here that they are not only written by management, but they have literally no respect for the employees. This company imported virtually all of the management positions over from Europe, and they have not been able to get along with the American employees at all. You can feel the tension in the office every single day, and it only got worse over time. Well over a dozen people have either quit or been fired just in the past two months, and nearly everyone I worked with (including several of the bosses!) complained about needing to find a new job every day. If you think you can somehow make the job work for the work experience--think again. The managers had literally no market strategy for the entirety of my position, and they will expect you to project manage dozens upon dozens of employees based out of Europe to get work done because they have no money to hire more local skilled labor. If somehow you still aren't convinced? You should strongly consider looking up former employees who list EGGER as their employer on LinkedIn and send them a direct message. There is a 100% chance they will tell you to stay away from the company, because we were all miserable while we worked there! Do yourself a favor and go find anywhere else to go work.
