      High cafeteria (SZEP CARD 35k huf/month for every employee), if u dont have xp, its a place where u can learn and try out things

      Cons

      Low salary, zero inflation follow-up, zero carreer opportunity, Top-down managment culture (even if they are not right)

      Pros

      The work is easy and doesn't require much thinking.

      Cons

      You have to pay a toll to get to the office. Repetitive work, little advancement opportunity, no incentives to be more productive.
