Pros
Friendly and flexible working environment. My team are enthusiastic and competent, my manager is very organised, fair and compassionate. Other staff I have dealt with are also very cooperative.
Cons
A number of my colleagues work very hard under difficult conditions and I think they deserve to be paid better for that. However, the pay does seem in line with national standards.
