      On your own most of the day. Training isn't bad. You get to be hands on with your job.

      Cons

      The company pushes too hard for results that aren't realistic. The pay doesn't match the workload. Management cant be trusted.

      NONE! It’s like a religious cult and if you don’t attend their bible studies, they make you feel guilty about it.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, checked out CEO, controlling and micromanaging leadership.
