      Some employees are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      No appreciation Favoritism Delaying bonus and deducting salaries Bad or almost no leadership or management as I didn’t learn anything from my management.

      Pros

      I just love Egyweb.... 1- One of the most respectful places 2- Nice and friendly environment 3- Amazing CEO who will teach you a lot! 4- Felt and still feels like one big family 5- Best Clients and Accounts 6- Innovation and Creativity is their thing

      I love them so i can't find any cons till now... I just left for an extremely bigger opportunity.. or else i wouldn't have left.

      Pros

      Had a good chance to deal with different types of clients.

      Cons

      Payment is not fair. They never respect your effort nor your time. They did not pay the last paycheck and they set their own "policy" so that you do not get much of a say in what you would like to do in the future nor respect your wishes and demands.
