      eGT has many wonderful, bright employees who it's a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Some of the most clueless, inept management I've ever seen. Saying one thing and doing another. Completely ignorant about the wishes of the customer.

      Pros

      Had a great team I worked with. The staff is wonderful. Everyone pays close attention to detail. If someone falls behind they are there to help everyone stay on schedule.

      Cons

      I was ready to move to a higher position. Work load can sometimes be overwhelming.
