      Good midtown location in NYC

      Cons

      If you are a medical professional and value your license don't work here, they are a bunch of fakes and the non-medical corporates who really run the place will override medical decisions if think it will make the "client" happy.

      Pros

      Great staff and management, relatively flexible schedule, easy to manage if you are able to make goals

      Cons

      I have no cons besides the departmental growth, there is only one position above engagement agent and its borderline worse deal than remaining an engagement agent, as you lose access to quarterly bonuses and other benefits, KPIs can also be stressful but at the end of the day its a sales job
