Great staff and management, relatively flexible schedule, easy to manage if you are able to make goals
Cons
I have no cons besides the departmental growth, there is only one position above engagement agent and its borderline worse deal than remaining an engagement agent, as you lose access to quarterly bonuses and other benefits, KPIs can also be stressful but at the end of the day its a sales job
