- Very underpaid: raises and promotions are avoided at all costs, so no career progression - Mental health decline: extreme stress and no support from management led to a steep decline in mental health - Revolving door: people consistently quitting due to being underpaid and extremely overworked - Inexperienced management: managers knows nothing about how to manage a team, does not support the team, extreme micromanagement, very passive-aggressive, bad communication - Complaints raised are ignored: several complaints about the same issue are always swept under the rug - Toxic work culture: toxic positivity and hustle culture are extremely prevalent which leads to no work-life balance and lots of gossip - Unrealistic expectations for work turnaround time: work is always left to the last minute from the top-down, leading to extreme stress - Doing work not part of your JD: responsibilities are constantly added to your plate that are not in your job description with no compensation (due to so many vacant roles and no one being hired to replace them)
