Cons
1. Horrible management - people are promoted due to everyone else leaving the business. Management are very junior and lack strong senior leadership experience. 2. Revolving door of employees constantly leaving due to being under appreciated and under valued in the workplace. 3. No accountability - Management don’t take accountability for their actions or words, and pass the blame not backing their team. 4. Gossip and immature behaviour is common from senior management who “enforce” no gossip but facilitate it and have inappropriate conversations in front of their team. 5. No appreciation for hard workers which is extremely deflating and stressful. Promotions and pay rises are extremely hard to gain with no clear path or expectations. 6. No support from HR or senior leadership with issues, if you are trying to create positive change and improve strategies you are shut down and manipulated. 7. Extreme workload due to the lack of staff, management expect you to take on multiple peoples roles without acknowledging or compensating you accordingly for the added responsibilities.
