- Poor management, with unrealistic deadlines and followed by passive aggressiveness - One of the worst employee retention rates I’ve seen at a workplace. - Have seen people being let go overnight, without further notice. - Clear preferential treatment for those who brown nose the CEO and upper management. - Average pay is much lower than industry standard. - HR team are a bunch of robots - No proper career progression in place - CEO is a hard worker, but he has some serious issues he needs to sort out. This bleeds into what management looks like.
