Auckland workplace is 20 years behind in terms of culture and pay. • Culture • Activities and reflection accounting for every minute of the day. No WFH unless “senior management”, no trust in employees, will get told off if 2 minutes late from lunch. Micromanagement destroys joy and trust which is likely why everyone leaves after 6 months. • Pay and targets• Super unrealistic targets, commission is near nothing for the amount of pipeline generated. Pay the least expect the least.
