      Pros

      EIMS is a great place to work and grow. I started with no experience in the IT world as an Inside Sales Representative and have now progressed to Inside Sales Manager. The learning opportunities here are huge, and the management team is very supportive, always available to help when needed. Great team culture as well with lovely people !

      Pros

      The team fosters a sense of culture that you cannot easily find in corporate businesses, operates like a family. The work is straightforward and you will succeed if you have drive, determination and creativity

      Cons

      No negatives unless one is looking for a position that is 100% remote, which is difficult to come by for businesses post-COVID
