Pros

Offers flexible working hours and full-time work-from-home options, along with 10 days of fully paid sick leave. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to switch between projects, keeping the work dynamic and engaging.

Cons

Refused to raise salaries for three years for all employees. While consistently emphasize commitment to customer success, the company show little to no care for employees. Instead of addressing this issue, a recognition program that only offers verbal praise was introduced, with no tangible benefits or support for employee growth. Overtime is not paid unless requested by management.

Pros

If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

Cons

Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
