Learn a Lot - Project Manager EKD Employee Review

I must wholeheartedly disagree with the previous reviewer. EKD is an amazing place to work with wonderful people, a great environment and awesome projects. We are a family, all members of a close-knit team who want the best for each other. Yes, the owner would like for us to give 110%, to be the best in our business that is what it takes. He is reasonable, decent, & kind. Management is absolutely fair in our benefits with paid holidays, 401K, paid vacation & more. I would highly recommend this company. This is a wonderful job I love coming to every day, I'm proud and fortunate to be a part of EKD.

rate of pay is reasonable for all you have to put up with

A very difficult work environment. One never feels as if they really belong. No paid holidays. no problem if you work overtime, you just wont get paid over 40 hours.
