      Pros

      Remote options, fun interesting clients, co workers are great until they leave

      Cons

      The only constant thing is turn over Below market pay No plan in place to increase employee retention No culture (note, people who say there is a culture site that the culture is remote work... that is not culture) Everyone hates their job Managers gossip instead of own mistakes Should have never partnered with Relic. They were better on their own because relic is a sinking ship

      EKR is a great place to work with amazing people who help you enjoy going to work everyday!

      There were honestly zero cons that I could think of during my time there. Amazing company!

      - Diverse clientele and learning opportunities - Decent pay for the role I was in and experience - Okay sized team, so I never felt like I was working on an island

      Cons

      - The Relic merger was a large pain point that came out of the blue and left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. The team and quality of work never felt the same - Limited upward motion
