Poor Management Less Pay More Workload - Anonymous employee EKbana Solutions Employee Review

The company was great in the initial days but post covid everything started moving downhill. Despite having a lot of projects, bonuses and even yearly salary raise was stopped. The salary is way too less compared to what the other employers offer in the field. Management degraded overall with micromanagement at the peak towards the end of my employment. Name calling and rather childish behavior and statements from the upper management are common.
