      1. High pressure 2. No salary on time 3. No respect for work done 4. No seniors to guide 5. Join as software engineer - work as hardware testing engineer 6. Fresher is expected to be project owner 7. 0% job security - even with 3 years bond 8. Very poor management 9. No projects
