*work shy account managers that lack common sense * account managers need to except more accountability instead of just piling their unwanted jobs on the reps knowing full well the reps struggle to fulfil their job in sensible working hours when the account Managers don’t even do a 8 hour shift most days. *far too much unnecessary admin due to lack of trust in the reps which Also results in undermining micro management * unbearable working hours - reps expected to not be home until 5-6pm and then do their 2.5hrs of admin when back. Nothing was done to improve this situation and no one senior was bothered as long they didn’t have to work late . * not suitable for any one who has a family or a social life * not having an office or distribution hub in the uk is a massive headache with pos and deliveries * very unenjoyable work
