Pros

Good pay and decent benefits. Good opportunity for some machine tool sales people. Nice showrooms. Some good guys in some positions. Big company feel.

Cons

Virtually no leadership, little communication, and tough internal environment. Not like a single company but way too disjointed. Not sure what they want to be. No where near the organization it once was. Relationship between Ellison and Doosan is very strained. Long term viability is doubtful.

As always, we appreciate the feedback from any of our employees. Its probably important to note that since starting our relationship with Doosan, we've essentially doubled their market share across all our territories and our relationship with them has never been stronger. We continue to invest in developing our leaders, sales people and team members. We're sadden to hear that anyone felt they had poor communications with their leaders and consistently strive to improve, as any good leadership team should.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.

Cons

Nothing I can think of in this area.
