      Has Decent benefits and helpful tools like salesforce. Good product line.

      Cons

      Management poached and kept all good companies for themselves making it tough to make any commission. In my territory the management and one other sales person held 60% of the companies that bought machines even though it was my territory. Also wouldn’t pay out commission owed when I left. Very sad as I gave them opportunities to make it right. 8-10 people left during my tenure if that says anything.

      We're certainly sorry to hear this. When we review our current roster, the average sales person's tenure for the organization is over a decade. Of the 8 - 10 leaving during this person's tenure, we of course don't know this person's tenure, but no office has seen turnover at that rate (we review turnover reports each month) and they certainly weren't sales people. With close to 400 people, 10 people certainly could have left during this person's time with us. With that said, this feedback will, of course, be shared with the executive team immediately.

      I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
