Pros
The culture at ELMO has completely transformed. The old fear-driven behaviours are gone, replaced by leaders and directors who genuinely care about their people and are focused on creating clear pathways for growth and success. The “high school” style group mentality driven by leaders who are no longer here has vanished. In its place is a supportive, collaborative environment where people lift each other up instead of holding each other back. Work is now far more enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding. The uplift in talent across the business has been substantial, and it shows in how teams execute and engage with customers. As an account manager, I feel confident about the company’s direction and excited for what’s ahead.
Cons
The cultural shift has been challenging for some who were more comfortable with the previous “high school” mentality and clique-style behaviours, but those individuals are no longer here. Their absence has allowed the culture to reset, making the workplace far healthier, happier, and much more focused on growth and success.
