*Not trusted to have a hot drink on desk *Forced to stay late every day so you’re working for less than minimum wage *Managers shout and swear at you more than the public do *building is kept locked but you’re not allowed keys so you have to ask permission to leave

Friendly working environment and training

Not very stable workload at times
