- I feel exhausted right off the bat. They laid off all the employees and put the immense workload on 1 or 2 people left. - Indian managers are terrible, super micromanagement. Lack of decent knowledge on the area that they manage. Disrespectful to their employees well-being and schedule. Constant immediate spreadsheet filling so that they have the numbers to talk about with upper management instead of doing it themselves. - No work-life balance. Very unhealthy environment that exhausts their employees - Niche product, poor management. If we have a good and considerate management, the app could have had a better future - Their balance sheet doesn't look so good - unhealthy Sales/Revenue/Bookings obession, applied as the sole KPI across all deparments, even for technical departments - a 10 year-old company but has very poor revenue and poor number of people that actually use the product, which is a waste of effort from dev
