They hired people with high qualifications and international degrees and extensive experience, use their CVs for getting projects, and promised them profit sharing and later equity, however, slowly all of them left due to unfulfilled promises. No equities were given despite being in contract. Salaries have been sub-par market standards. Later when earlier employees started demanding justified compensations given that company has reached a level with joint effort., they started hiring fresh graduates and become a boutique firm. Now most of the founding team members are out of the picture and it is a one-man show.
