Pros
EMC has been really good to me so far. I've heard horror stories from some employees in regards to training, but as for me, I have received much attention when it comes to the development of my skills. It is clear that EMC cares for their employees and plans on them sticking around for a while. The work environment is typically very positive and often times coworkers will hangout together after work as friends. It is clear the EMC understands that we as employees do not live to work but work to live. Also, EMC allows half-day Fridays and allows you to work your own schedule as long as work is being done on time and the required number of hours per 2 weeks is put in.
Cons
There is not many people in each office. You'll be lucky to work with more than 5 people on a consistent basis. The employees are spread throughout EMC's 10 or so offices. With that said, this makes for a very quite and sometimes boring work environment from time to time.
