It's a job
People tend to be in similar life situations
Cons
Unorganised management, threats of punishment for unreasonable things, managers give lacklustre help if you aren't a buddy of theirs.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns. We are fully committed to creating a fair and supportive structure for all our employees so I’m disappointed to hear about your experience.
We really do value your feedback and I would like to understand more about the issues you faced so we can rectify and improve them. To help us I would very much appreciate some more information about what has occurred, could I please ask you get in touch with myself on my personal email of klyle@emcas.co.uk or by calling 01392 353 254 and asking for Katie.
Thanks again,
Katie
No weekends which is always really good, management are understanding when you are struggling in certain areas, I never done a job like this before and feel I have come such a long way from where I started to where I am now and that wouldn't be without the team and around me and of course Martyn the passion and drive he has to make you excel is motivational in it's self, if your having a bad day or not getting the targets that you set yourself management will try there up most with little training excercises love listening and within half hour your back on top form! And having your win rates read out really gives you a sense of achievement .
Top incentives
Target driven
Cons
Any job you work at will have cons and to be fair Emcas has a few in my eyes, but I'm happy where I am they don't effect me so no need to raise a issue :)
