None apart from the great social work and help to the patients. Great field colleagues, very well prepared (not by the NGO)
Cons
Contract conditions (for national projects). Managers are mostly not trained and selected based on personal preferences instead of relevant experience/training/studies. Absent employee care and attention to their well-being - many show burnout symptoms. Absent diversity and inclusion concepts within the office and HQ roles. Very poor career growth options - particularly if not totally in line with management opinions. Sexual harassment is not unusual (in line with many Italian standards).
