      -good work life balance -everyone is very nice -nice and convenient office location -good PTO

      Cons

      -very antiquated (everyone has been there forever and has a certain way of doing things) -not very good salary -lots of nepotism

      Pros

      EMI is a great company to work for. The benefits are better than any place I have worked. They promote health and incentivize their employees to participate in their health challenges. I really enjoy my coworkers and appreciate how hard everyone works.

      Cons

      The biggest con for me is the commute into work. I have to be full time in office but I enjoy seeing my coworkers so it is worth it.

      Work from home after 6 months, quarterly performance based bonuses, nice coworkers, overtime

      Cons

      Health insurance company with expensive health insurance for it's employees, mandatory overtime when workload is heavy, turnover for new employees is high
