      Pros

      EMI is a great company to work for. The benefits are better than any place I have worked. They promote health and incentivize their employees to participate in their health challenges. I really enjoy my coworkers and appreciate how hard everyone works.

      Cons

      The biggest con for me is the commute into work. I have to be full time in office but I enjoy seeing my coworkers so it is worth it.

      Local leaders are treating team members with respect. Opportunity to work remotely. Quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Like any job there are better days and the ones that need improvement.

      -good work life balance -everyone is very nice -nice and convenient office location -good PTO

      Cons

      -very antiquated (everyone has been there forever and has a certain way of doing things) -not very good salary -lots of nepotism
