Pros
Used to be good when they paid 10% commission but then it went down to 8% commission.
Cons
Reduced commission by 2% , set unrealistic sales goals and used them as means to fire sales reps and if you did hit your goals then they didn’t have the inventory so you were still on the chopping block.
