Pros
Flexible working arrangements and opportunities to work part-time
Cons
EMM is attempting to grow but losing its culture in the process. Unless you are a company ‘favourite’ there is little opportunity for career progression and a clear lack of mentorship/training. Employees feel under appreciated. Low salaries compared to market value yet overcharging clients and/or pricing themselves out of bids. Poor market but also poor business model and strategy. Recent redundancies and many good people have left, signalling some very obvious management issues. Employee experience is heavily related to assigned team leader. Team leaders are shifted often due to high turnover - I had two great ones and one god awful one while working at EMM. Offices are sparse and lacking attendance. Mangement talks the talk about culture but absolutely does not walk the walk. Some project directors are extremely rude and ungrateful to staff and to clients.
