Pros

Some remote options, learn a lot of different technologies, decent pay

Cons

Remote work was going away, little promotion, seemed like they want you to stay at the Help Desk, efficient work leads to more work, which leads to burnout, heavy workload, lots of turn over, low staff, increasing workload, upper management not really listening (only said they will help but really didn’t)

Pros

Working at EMPIST for over 8 years has been very rewarding. Being part of the EMPIST team is more than just a job - it's about collaborating working alongside awesome, talented people who all work toward the same goal. The environment encourages teamwork, and every member is valued for their contributions and wins - both personal and professional - on a daily basis.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but self-starters will thrive best in this work environment.

I felt this was the most toxic workplace I've ever been in. Zero integrity from leadership whatsoever. There was zero trust. Ironic, considering their name. Gave them a 1 since 0 isn't an option
