Pros

There had been good people in place who knew what they were doing. Not any more

Cons

Company leaders were behind the times in seeing the recession, then worked hard to "hook & book". Laid off good people & put folks in their place who have no clue what is good practice & honest underwriting. Works the staff in the ground, with no breaks or lunches, and would not help adjust the horrific work load and guidelines that are unreasonable. Lots of back stabbing coworkers left that are cut throat, as they try for better positions & security in their jobs. Absolutely not a good place to work or have security in. Totally a negative outlook as to where this company is going to end up. EE's discuss this all the time. Upper leadership even asked coworkers to ask their neighbors, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, outside business people they know personally to consider placing their policies with the company, to try to drum up business. Really?? Sad! Embarrassing! Many good SR management been shown the door, and they were who knew what was the ethical proper way to do business. Many outside agents/customers very dissatisfied with servicing and the EE's left to do the job. Do NOT work here, because the ones that know better who are left are looking for somewhere else to move on too.

Pros

Management seems to care. Work life balance.

Cons

Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
