Struggling to think of any. Some people I spoke to in head office were nice I suppose?
Cons
1. Role I applied for took far too long to come online 2. Was given a start date in Jan but the role got pulled for no reason and moved to back end of Feb 3. Long winded health & safety and induction processes completely irrelevant to the job 4. Constantly backseated by team members (as someone who has autism, it makes me very difficult to do my job) - do they not trust people to do their job? 5. Not taking medical questionnaire feedback on board so ended up wasting time doing that before I started as well 6. Hours are slightly longer than average 7. Pay is lower than market average 8. Job doesn't allow for future progression - why advertise as such?
