      Pros

      Trusting culture for developers to get the work done as long as targets were regularly being met. Option to work from home or hybrid. For the few times we were expected to attend in person, the offices were very modern and nice. A good culture and atmostphere in the software development team.

      Cons

      Not much in house experience with the choosen tech stack, when I joined, as the company were migrating to new software.
