Once you walk through ENA's doors you wont want to leave. Being surrounded by some of the most dedicated, hardworking, caring and funny individuals. They make each day different and support you on the days you need a little help and are there to celebrate your success' as if they're their own. Each Individual department works hard and works together for the best of our clients and staff. Supportive induction and probationary period to enable you to become confident and familiar with ENA's ways of working and standard of care they provide. ENA managers are approachable and supportive. No problem is too big or too small. I appreciate greatly the support I have received from all at ENA during the coronavirus pandemic. Managers taking time to speak and check in with you and reassure you with the measures they have in place. Not once have they shied away from praising staff and thanking them. you feel the appreciation of your hard work which only makes you motivated to work harder. Its been a long time since i had a job that i looked forward to getting out of bed for. A job where i felt challenged and received so many opportunities to develop my skills and knowledge.

As any company will ENA will have areas to develop. But the positive with ENA is they request feedback and ideas. ENA is always aiming to develop and improve and in my experience with ENA it is exactly what i have seen them do.

I have worked for several care companies throughout my career including the NHS and private sectors and ENA are by far the best I've encountered. They are a company led by extremely passionate and talented people, who invest in the people who work for them from their live-in carers to office staff. I do feel valued and supported working for ENA. Everyone is working towards the common goal of providing outstanding care for our clients, ensuring company growth without compromising the values which the company has been built upon. Management are always looking for ways to streamline your role to make doing your job easier and there is a true open-door policy where you can always speak to senior management should you have concerns or suggestions. I have only been with the company for a few months, but can see myself spending a very long time here. We are a big family with a fantastic culture and I really enjoy being a part of it.

I honestly can't think of any. You have stressful days as you do with any care role, the difference with ENA is that you have a great team behind you providing support and advice whenever you need it.
