There are a lot of changes happening right now; however, everyone is so willing to help and the culture is very family friendly.
Cons
There are very few "protocols" or "procedures" for things that really need them. Changes happening daily and it's hard to keep things straight. The silver lining is that you are surrounded by people who care and want to make a difference.
