Great PHX based-team with a good location and work space for sales and recruiting. Strong relationships with engineers helped to build strong teams for customers.

Upper Mgmt does not have a clear path and/or direction for growth. The internal team is very small and resource constrained with no clear process. There is a limit on how much more business can be won and sustained.
