Cons
- Very limited training and onboarding support - Had to consistently request work for the first several months due to lack of direction - Lack of transparency and support for career development - A promotion discussed during hiring was later walked back without explanation - When I raised concerns about treatment and communication, the response felt dismissive, and shortly afterward I was let go - Some directors demonstrated unprofessional behavior toward the end of my tenure
