Pros

It feels great to work for a company that is making a real difference in the world through sustainable resource management. ENGIE Insight is truly committed to helping multi-site organizations reduce their environmental impact by reducing resource consumption. In the 14+ years I have worked for this company, I have experienced a lot of change. The company is more committed than ever to it's employees, their well being, encouraging growth and development, and improving culture. I've also never been so excited about our near and long term corporate goals. It feels like a new level of focus and dedication to a sustainable future and innovative technology. Our parent company, ENGIE, is dedicated to leading the energy revolution and I'm inspired by this mission and to be part of a company that is leading the way.

Cons

ENGIE Insight has been making significant improvements in leadership development, and I would like to see even more. More frequent training would be good. Also ensuring that it occurs at all levels of leadership. I also think it would be nice to have a day care in the buildings where our offices our located - it could really ease the burden of child care for many families and be an added benefit for working for ENGIE Insight.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
