Pros

There are 1 to 1 meetings with your manager every fortnight (as long as things aren't busy) which are good for discussing the role. Things were relatively easy to pick up, and the training I received when starting was very good, but this really does depend on which team member trains you, some people are better at training than others.

Cons

Things were extremely slow moving, or change didn't happen at all. I asked for more challenging work on multiple occasions but remained stuck doing the same menial tasks day in day out. Not a lot of variety in what you do. In the end I left due to frustration of false promises and not moving forward, although the team cared about its staff, it felt like the company as a whole really didn't.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
