Pros
Engie is an amazing company to work for with a strong focus in career development and energy sustainability. We often celebrate one another as well as company successes. In a more virtual atmosphere than ever, I've never felt more secure and happy in my position and employment with Engie.
Cons
Employees tend to lean on their leads to get them to their next step, leads jobs are to encourage & develop them all while providing the tools and resources - some leads do not nourish this need which leaves employees to their own devices for moving up in the company BUT also is empowering in some ways - your destiny, your choice! Networking is key and in a virtual atmosphere I feel employees often feel intimidated vs empowered.
