Pay as way below market average and there are no chances for development Senior management don't seem to care about staff only the bottom line.

And that you didn't benefit from our busines training and skills development programs. In 2022, 84% ENGIE employees were trained and we aim at training 100% every year in 2030. Regarding the salary, we now provide a wide package of advantages (social protection, employee shareholding plan, ...) to stay competitive on the market. Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
