Pros

The executive committee are highly visible and frequently communicates with all employees.

Cons

Some mid-level leaders have kept the toxic culture from before the ENGIE purchase. Many of these people have a deep seated ‘boys club’ mentality that still plays into promotions and other decisions. If you are a female in one of these departments, expect to work twice as hard, be passed over for opportunities, and still have comments be made about your dress and physical appearance. If you are a seen as ‘one of the boys’ you will get to drink with the bosses and you will climb the ladder in no time.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
