      Job security - they do try to foster talent and prioritize reassignment over layoffs International exposure through a truly global company Strong organizational processes Mission driven company

      Rotations of global managers results in a leadership change / reorganization on a fairly frequent basis Compensation culture not suited with tech jobs in the Bay Area

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
