We regret to hear that you have not always felt the appreciation you deserve. Recognition is a key focus for us, which is why in 2023 we deployed ENGIE Ways of Leading, our people-centred leadership framework. It promotes leadership behaviours based on Care, Trust, Accountability, One ENGIE, and Safety/Integrity. Encouragingly, 85% of employees say their line manager gives them recognition for a job well done, and 84% report their manager promotes an environment of mutual trust. We are committed to ensuring these practices are consistently applied across all teams.
